One of Glenn’s keys to success has always been going back to the basics. With the combination of over 30 years of corporate sales experience, Glenn was able to share his personal stories of success as well as some of his own sales techniques to a group of executive national sales managers for City National Bank in December 2014. In additional, Glenn was able to encourage and inspire the sales managers that your overall success is based on how you can balance both your personal and professional life.
We had the honor to participate in the #LAJobCorps Graduation which featured our very own Founder and CEO, Glenn Bowie who delivered a very inspiring Keynote message to all the graduates…We look forward to continuing to help make a difference in these students lives!!

Back to the Basics and By Popular Demand, Glenn had the opportunity to speak at the LA Area Chamber of Commerce’s monthly Referral Network meeting again and this time share how it’s important to Look Your Best to Be Your Best while doing business.
Glenn led a Chinese Mayoral Delegation in partnership with the LA Area Chamber of Commerce and Diamond Education in December 2014 that further discussed the importance of international trade and how specifically LA can be more of a resource to the Chinese business community.
Inspiring the next generation…Glenn was invited by GearUp4LA, a college and career preparation program that takes place at various high schools across the Los Angeles Unified School District to speak to a group of 9th graders at Miguel Contreras Learning Complex in downtown Los Angeles in September 2014. Glenn shared his story of growing up in the Projects of Peoria, IL and coming out to California to become one of the top sales reps at Nextel / Sprint and how he started his own company as a business entrepreneur. He was able to answer questions that the students had as well as help them think outside of the box and encourage them to believe in themselves & that they can do anything if they can put their mind to it-just like he did.
Throughout Glenn’s childhood, Glenn has always been involved with sports and that is where he was inspired and be able to incorporate what he has been able to learn both on and off the field. Glenn presented “Creating the Perfect Sales Pitch” at the Referral Network for the LA Area Chamber of Commerce in August 2014 where he combined his personal stories and highlighted how sports can be applied to business and how Chamber members can leverage and expand their own network.
Through the referral of 1 Heart Cares, Glenn was able to present to an executive sales team for American General Life Insurance Company in August 2014 and walk through the steps of how each sales person can win the hearts and minds of their customers that will result into new business.
